2. Use of the Website
This website is intended for general informational purposes and does not constitute medical advice.
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking through our website.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
All content (text, images, logo, etc.) is the property of Adams Osteopathy and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
3. Booking Appointments
Appointments can be booked via our website using our third-party booking system (e.g., Cliniko).
You will receive an email confirmation once your booking is complete.
It is your responsibility to ensure the details provided during booking are accurate.
If you are unsure whether osteopathic treatment is suitable for you, please contact us before booking.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the appointment cost.
Missed appointments will be charged in full.
Exceptional circumstances will be considered at our discretion.
5. Treatment Sessions
A full case history and assessment will be taken at your first appointment.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete health information.
All treatment plans are tailored to the individual and may be adjusted based on your response to treatment.
You have the right to decline treatment or stop at any time.
While osteopathy can be effective for many conditions, no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.
6. Payment
Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless arranged otherwise.
We accept card payments and, where applicable, payment through approved insurance providers.
Late payments may incur an administration fee.
7. Privacy
We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with the GDPR and other relevant privacy legislation.

8. Liability
Adams Osteopathy accepts no liability for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by any person as a result of using this website or attending treatment, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please contact us directly so we can try to resolve the issue.
Formal complaints can also be directed to the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC).
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
